Summary¶

Add Garuda Dev as a separate business and developer portal. Keep Garuda Quest for daily engagement (missions, XP, Warung Game). Do not rename or retire Quest.

Naming¶

Product name: Garuda Dev
UI subtitle: Portal usaha & developer
Do not use “Quest Dev” or merge Dev into Quest screens

Add Garuda Dev under Hub ecosystem (alongside Pay, Commerce, ID).
Quest remains a Dashboard shortcut; it is not moved under Dev.
Overlay id: garudaDev.

Phases¶

Phase A (MVP, this delivery)¶

Wallet screen with:

Business account status (KYC + merchant profile summary)
Deep links to Garuda Pay and Garuda Commerce
Developer section: docs/RPC links + read-only API key stub
UMKM onboarding checklist (no new token)

Optional Quest mission: none for Dev. Entry points are Hub ecosystem and Garuda Services (Business).

Phase B (delivered 2026-07-12)¶

Light merchant dashboard in Garuda Dev (volume, open invoices) via Pay Platform
Real API keys (gdk_…) with scopes + machine endpoints under /api/v1/garuda-dev/v1/*
Webhook sandbox (payment.completed, invoice.paid, webhook.test) with delivery log
Settlement fees remain GDC / GIDR

Phase B+ (prepaid duration keys, 2026-07)¶

Duration packages: Monthly 100 GDC / 30d, 3 Months 270 GDC / 90d, Yearly 900 GDC / 365d
Key expiry enforced (api_key_expired); renew by creating a new key
30% of package fee burned; tracked on explorer Burn GDC + GET /api/v1/fees/burns

Phase C¶

Curated business/UMKM tokens via Launchpad / marketplace
Disclosure + KYC required
GDC remains gas, fee, and listing currency
Quest stays engagement-only

Do not merge Warung Game into Dev
Do not ship full Launchpad inside Dev
